Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) provide private investors with a highly tax efficient means of investing in a portfolio of unquoted and AIM listed businesses; companies that are at an earlier stage in their development and therefore have potential for significant growth. These are the same type of companies that YFM Group invest in using our institutional funds and therefore allow private investors the opportunity to participate in this unique dealflow.
All potential investments are carefully selected and undergo extensive due diligence before they are added to the portfolio.
