Our investment activities are handled by YFM Private Equity and YFM Venture Finance our two Financial Services Authority authorised and regulated subsidiary companies. YFM Private Equity focuses on growth capital and buy-out investments, up to £8 million thoughout the UK, whereas YFM Venture Finance mainly deals with earlier stage investments, mainly in the £100,000 to £5 million range, regionally focused.
These investment teams actively work together to find the right package for each individual business.
